Identify and locate the correct products during the kitting process.Post transactions and update inventory in the SAP system.

Open and close work orders, and receive materials into stock, verifying quantity accuracy.Label products and place them in the appropriate bins assigned in ERP.

Perform and report daily cycle counts. Maintain an accurate account of on hand quantity, ensuring it matches bin locations.

Collaborate with planning, procurement, production, and other departments.Communicate purchasing requirements and track the availability of products in short supply.

Work with internal departments to locate missing packages, correct incorrect deliveries, and replace damaged products.Perform special assignments or projects as required.

Prepare parts for shipment, including packaging and labeling.Handle returns by completing technical documentation and necessary communication.

Conduct regular maintenance to keep material handling equipment in optimal condition.Comply with all warehouse safety rules and guidelines.

Minimum Qualifications3 + years' stock / inventory experience preferably in a technical manufacturing environment.Strong ERP (SAP Preferred), Excel, Word and Outlook skills requiredAttention to detail and problem-solving skillsExcellent time management and organizational skillsMust be a team player with strong interpersonal skills, and able to adjust quickly to changing priorities in fast paced environment.
