LHH is seeking a legal secretary / receptionist interested in a full-time job opportunity in Jacksonville, FL. You will be responsible for receptionist duties, collecting and distributing mail, maintaining & ordering office supplies, coordinating deliveries, and other tasks as assigned.
You will also be supporting attorneys with a mix of legal secretary duties such as filing, docketing, managing calendars, printing letters / pleadings, compiling notebooks for hearings / depositions / , indexing depositions, organizing / scanning documents, etc.
and all around administrative support, so ideal candidates will be a pleasure to work with, with a no-task-too-small mentality.
Qualifications :
1+ years of relevant experience; previous experience in a legal environment is desired
Proficiency in Microsoft Office, including Word, Outlook, and Excel
Highly professional demeanor, positive attitude, and excellent customer service skills
Salary : $45,000 / yr.-$48,000 / yr.
