In this role, you will be at the forefront of identifying and attracting world-class talent that aligns with our outstanding standards and ambitious interpersonal goals.

Your work will closely resolve the detailed execution of our recruitment strategies and ensure we continue to challenge at the highest levels in the industry.

Particularly, the successful candidate will

  • Collaborate closely with hiring managers to resolve personnel needs, job specifications, qualifications, and skills.
  • Coordinate, write, and post job openings on various recruitment platforms.
  • Source candidates, review applications, pre-screen applicants, and refer suitable individuals to hiring managers.
  • Work with hiring managers on employment offers and successfully support onboarding processes.
  • Connect with candidates who were not selected for the position.
  • Participate in skill development and team-building programs, and collaborate with the Talent Acquisition Manager on insightful initiatives.
  • Provide backup support for university, military, and diversity outreach initiatives.
  • Develop passive candidate pipelines through networking, cold calling, and sophisticated internet searches.
  • Proactively research and evaluate new sourcing ideas and methods to develop innovative sourcing strategies. Professional Requirements
  • Bachelor's degree required
  • 5-10 years of related experience
  • Demonstrate ability to build and implement effective recruitment strategies
  • Outstanding communication and social skills
  • Strong organizational and time-management abilities Compensation The salary range for this position is $95,000-$110,000 annually, based on individual experience and abilities.
