You will help manage event vendors and processes; source and curate premiums to highlight the brand in the market; assist the event team with event execution and planning;
and manage all tradeshow and event inventory.
What you will do :
- Collaborate with event marketing team in identifying, sourcing and managing vendors to support the team’s goal to be market-leading innovators
- Manage the INDG Brand Store to include sourcing premiums, inventory management, report inventory consumption and outline future premium strategies based on the usage
- Oversee and manage storage and ordering of event equipment to include computers, event architecture. Ordering of misc. event needs to include banners, backwalls and other infrastructure needs.
- Implement consistent on-brand look and feel.
- Support the events team with event planning and execution including pre-event consultation and planning with internal client, venue sourcing and selection, vendor management, run of show, creative materials, budget management, shipping and post event recap reports.
You need to have :
- Very strong organizational skills with the ability to handle multiple projects in a fast-paced, detail-oriented environment.
- Excellent verbal and written communications skills to communicate effectively at all levels.
- Strong interpersonal skills, including the ability to work independently and effectively with others.
- Experience in Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint
- 0 to 2 years' experience in event operations / planning
