ESC’s premier healthcare client is seeking a Retail Pharmacy Technician to join their organization working onsite in Menomonee Falls, WI.

The role works 8 hours / day in a first shift schedule between 6am and 6pm and starts as a contract opportunity affording long-term potential for a top performer.

This is an automation role with no patient interaction and requires you to remain focused, stand on your feet throughout your entire shift and process and fill prescriptions.

Major Responsibilities :

Utilize machines that automate the dispensing of medications, including pill packagers, dispensers and automated counting systems.
Ensure that automated systems are functioning properly to dispense medications
Enter patient data and prescription information
Maintain inventory levels and assist with medication intake processes.
Troubleshoot issues with automated dispensing systems.
Utilize medical terminology to communicate effectively with healthcare professionals.
Adhere to all relevant regulations and guidelines to ensure patient safety.

Qualifications :

WI State Registration Pharmacy Tech License is required.
Requires a minimum of 1 year of experience in a pharmacy technician position.
High School Diploma.
Ability to work an 8-hour shift between 6am and 6pm.
Comfortable standing for an entire 8-hour shift.
