Key Responsibilities
Develop and implement comprehensive lifecycle marketing programs across multiple channels to achieve business KPIs
Manage end-to-end campaign execution, including strategy development, creative production, and performance reporting
Utilize analytics tools to communicate campaign performance and provide actionable recommendations to stakeholders
Required Qualifications
Bachelor's degree in business, marketing, quantitative, or technical field
5-7 years of work experience as a CRM Coordinator or CRM Manager
Strong analytical skills with the ability to translate data into insights
Deep understanding of CRM and data structures
Light experience with Excel, HTML, CSS, and Javascript for technical implementations
