Job Overview
We’re seeking a driven and visionary Product Manager to help launch and grow the CidSense brand. This role offers the unique opportunity to build and scale a business with the full support and resources of an established organization that thrives on innovation and thinking big.

You’ll lead the charge in developing and executing sales strategies that expand CidSense’s market presence, grow our brand, and transform indoor air quality for our customers.

Key Responsibilities
- Develop and execute product strategies that align with business objectives.
- Drive sales and brand awareness for CidSense IAQ products.
- Identify new business opportunities and build relationships with key stakeholders in the HVAC and indoor air quality industries.
- Collaborate with marketing teams to create campaigns that boost product visibility.
- Analyze market trends and competitor activities to adjust strategies as necessary.
- Provide product training and support to clients and sales teams.
- Track performance metrics and optimize strategies to achieve sales targets.
Qualifications
- Proven experience in sales, with a focus on product management and business growth.
- Strong understanding of HVAC systems and indoor air quality factors.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Self-starter with an entrepreneurial mindset, capable of working independently.
- Results-driven, with a passion for driving sales and achieving targets.
