00 per hour* Temporary to Permanent* Put your knowledge of 401K and Retirement Services to use* Associate Degree Preferred*What’s a typical day as a Retirement Call Center Customer Service Rep : Will work on retirement services team that services small businesses with under 50 employees.
- Call center type environment focused on 401k.* Answers general inbound and places outbound calls in a call center with the goal of increasing business, customer satisfaction, and customer retention.
- Takes care of inbound and outbound calls of a lesser complexity that are primarily routine or basic in nature.* Follows basic procedures and scripts, using fundamental knowledge to navigate company's customer information systems and / or order system along with a basic knowledge of company, services, and products.
- Duties Include : Check for IRS limits, 402b, profit sharing, helping educate, fix issues, advising on changes to 401k plan* Plan pricing, enrollment meetings, QC, reviews, keeping up with other departments on reviews, acting as a client liaison.
