Job Title : Sales Administrator
Job Description
The Sales Administrator / Coordinator is responsible for providing administrative support for the VP of Finance and serves as the primary point of contact for non-product related customer issues such as order status, quotes, and payment.
Key responsibilities include :
- Checking customer portals (downloading / uploading quotations and POs)
- Filling out vendor forms
- Managing the return to stock process
- Running the Daily Bookings Report (BDBR) and making necessary changes
- Following up on credit card, DP, and delivery delays
- Confirming the accuracy of customer quotes regarding prices, terms, quality, shipping, and billing addresses
- Converting quotes into orders once the customer PO is received and verified
- Generating invoices with clerical accuracy and ensuring correct delivery timing to the customer
- Proactively updating customers on upcoming delivery status and PO changes
- Assisting Inside and Outside Sales Representatives with maintaining the C4C database and updates
- Providing data and information to Sales Engineers and Managers as requested
Hard Skills
- Experience with SAP
- Solid Excel skills (VLOOKUPs and Pivot tables)
Soft Skills
Strong communication skills (both written and verbal)
