Onsite role- MUST be local or willing to commute to Novi, MI
Must haves :
- 2 or more years of experience working in SAP
- Proven experience working within Microsoft Excel. Must have worked with VLOOKUP's and Pivot Tables for 2+ years
- 2+ years is a sales / administrative support position
About the role :
The Sales Administrator is responsible for providing administrative support for the VP of Finance and serves as the primary point of contact for non-product related customer issues such as order status, quotes, and payment.
Responsibilities include checking customer portals for quotation and PO uploads / downloads, filling out vendor forms, managing the return to stock process, running the Daily Bookings Report (BDBR) and making necessary changes, and following up on credit card, DP, and delivery delays.
The Sales Administrator confirms the accuracy of customer quotes regarding prices, terms, quality, and addresses, converts quotes into orders, generates invoices with clerical accuracy, updates customers on delivery status and PO changes, assists Inside and Outside Sales Representatives with maintaining the C4C database, and provides data and information to Sales Engineers and Managers as requested.
