Guardian Dentistry Partners is growing fast, and we're adding a Regional Operations Manager to support and elevate practices across Washington, D.C., Maryland, and Northern Virginia. With 168+ partner practices across 12 states (and ranked No. 384 on the 2024 Inc. 5000), we're building something bigger than dentistry : a culture rooted in growth, purpose, and people.

What You'll Own :

• Lead and support Practice Managers and teams across multiple sites
• Drive performance through KPIs, strategic planning, and day-to-day coaching
• Build team culture, resolve challenges, and keep operations running smoothly
• Collaborate closely with doctors, clinical partners, and leadership
• Act as a trusted partner to your region, identifying opportunities for growth and efficiency
• Prepare to growthis role is ideal for someone with Director-level ambition
