We are thrilled to welcome a Head of Ecommerce & Digital to lead and manage SHEIKE's online eCommerce platform.
As the Head of Ecommerce & Digital, you will create and implement annual eCommerce strategies in conjunction with the overall business strategy.
You will develop and maintain the online business, working with key stakeholders to achieve growth targets on an annual basis.
You will have a strong working knowledge of new technologies, global innovation and strategies to ensure that the brand remains at the forefront of the online market.
You will grow and execute the eCommerce technology strategy, ensuring outstanding software delivery to the business functions and our customers.
You will effectively lead the team to deliver sales budgets by focusing on the overall customer experience and engagement.
Responsibilities
- Driving eCommerce technology strategy ensuring that solutions are flexible and scalable to meet the requirements of a growing eCommerce business
- Own & drive the commercial performance of the website, strategy and roadmap
- Plan, project manage and deliver creative eCommerce projects
- Analyse the e-Commerce experience across desktop & mobile to improve conversions
- Site testing and technical analysis of e-Commerce platform.
- Support the development, execution and evaluation of customer acquisition campaigns in paid search, SEO, display, affiliate, social media and email channels
- Ensure the customer experience is technically flawless to drive incremental sales
- Execute on going SEO & CRO improvements
- Set KPI benchmarks from analytics and competitive analysis
- Provide necessary reporting to quantify success and efficiency of digital promotions, paid campaigns, sales and traffic
- Make data driven decisions, provide detailed ROI analysis and propose best practices or efficiencies to improve
- Explore analytic software opportunities to include visitor activity, EDM campaign effectiveness, in-site search engines and linked sales
- Ensure the company is a market leader from an e-Commerce perspective, maintaining a best practice and ecommerce platform that delivers a key brand message.
- Responsible for the Profit and Loss of the Online Department
- Ensuring an exceptional customer experience across all Online Platforms
Skills Required
- Min. 5 years’ experience in an e-Commerce leadership role ideally within the Fashion industry
- Demonstrate success in delivering online sales growth, site development, technical and aesthetic expertise.
- Demonstrated successful experience in developing online strategy and online roadmaps
- Thorough understanding of e-Commerce local and international best practices and current trends.
- Analytical online Sales leader, you will have proven experience in Google Analytics, SEO & Analytics, PPC, HTML and image software, and respond accordingly to continually improve customer experience and engagement.
- Astute technical knowledge and understanding of e-Commerce platforms and common e-Commerce plugins
- Experience in driving cost efficient conversions through digital media, including SEM, SEO, remarketing and affiliate marketing.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills and the willingness to engage effectively and influence across the business.
