Provide IT support for personnel on computer software, systems, and hardware issues. Monitor and troubleshoot LAN, PC, software, printer, and phone issues.

- Setup, configure, monitor, and troubleshoot LAN, PC, software, and hardware such as printers, TC57s, WT6300s, conference room hardware, fuel systems and other production hardware
- Upgrade and install hardware / software
- Coordinate installation, maintenance and enhancement of personal computers, thin-clients, servers, and Local Area Network / Wide Area Network (LAN / WAN)
- Provide support for servers, networks, industrial thin client devices
- Provide training to new users and when introducing new systems and software applications
- Maintain network documentation and hardware / software inventory
- Grant user access in accord with policy
- Monitoring testing of wan connections
- Maintain documentation, troubleshoot phone issues, and arrange for repairs for phone and other communication systems
- Must be able to perform the essential job functions of this position with or without reasonable accommodation
