Human Resources Business Partner

Working closely with management, the Human Resources Business Partner oversees employee relations activities, providing strategic, operational, and consultative support in various HR aspects.

This includes workforce planning, compensation, labor relations, performance management, change management, organizational planning, litigation, and training.

The primary focus is ensuring that employees are treated fairly and consistently in accordance with the law, Asante policies, and values.

Asante is seeking a business partner who is skilled in offering impartial advice to both management and employees, specializing in conflict resolution with a focus on achieving mutually beneficial solutions.

What You'll Do

  • Provides tailored professional development and training initiatives for managers and employees.
  • Responsible for developing and implementing HR policies and procedures that align with the organization's mission and culture.
  • Consulting with line management and provide regular HR guidance through analyzing workforce trends and metrics.
  • Resolving complex employee relations issues, improving work relationships and productivity to support the organization's success.

What You Must Have

Required

  • 3 years professional level experience within Human Resources providing knowledge of business practices, organizational structure and employee and labor relations practices.
  • Bachelor's Degree.

Preferred

  • PHR : Professional in Human Resources certified by HRCI.
  • SHRM-CP Society for Human Resources Management Certified Professional.
  • SHRM-SCP Senior Certified Professional.
  • SPHR Senior Professional in Human Resources.
