Corporate Accountant ($85K + bonus + hybrid)
Our client is a leading U.S. alternative asset managementcompany focus on commercial real estate, is looking to hire a CorporateAccountant.

Responsibilities :
- Responsible for the month-end close processes
- Propose and post monthly journal entries relatedto prepaid assets, other assets, other liabilities and expenses
- Ensure financial records for various entities aremaintained in compliance with U.S. GAAP
- Assist with all compliance related mattersincluding, quarterly reviews and year-end audit support
Qualifications :
- Bachelor’s degree in accounting (Minimum GPA 3.0)
- 1-3 years of accounting experience (PublicAccounting and CPA or CPA candidate is preferred
- Good interpersonal, oral, and writtencommunication skills
- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, Word, PowerPoint,and Yardi General Ledger is preferred
