Job Description :
Primarily responsible for servicing support for our Floor Plan dealer clients throughout life of loan. Team
has direct business partner contact. This specialized team process record changes, obtain approvals, etc.
Responsible for the timely and accurate onboarding of Floorplan vehicle loans, other client record and
indicative data for Client Loans on the Genesis System of Record.
Key responsibilities
Lead efforts to determine the technology solution for these initiatives including : partnering.
with key stakeholders, developing user stories, translating requirements to technology.
partners, coordinating UAT and user feedback, coordinating technology deployment and
post-deployment routines.
Build project plans and oversee the execution of lower-level details for initiative.
Develop training material or process documentation to execute.
Qualifications and experiences
years of experience in loans life cycle
Must possess strong interpersonal and organizational skills and be able to perform analytical.
problem solving and multi-tasking.
Computer skills necessary
Must be able to work in a team atmosphere and exhibit flexibility.
Strong written and verbal communication skills.
Workload prioritization is key.
Self-starter comfortable operating in an ambiguous environment.
Executive presence required.
Experience with project work including design, build, implementation and training.
Strong organizational skills with ability to effectively prioritize tasks in a dynamic
environment.

Desired Skills
Experience in fulfilling (document prep, booking, etc.)
Foundational knowledge of general commercial lending and insurance principles.
Knowledge and understanding of commercial credit structures.
Experience utilizing bank systems including CreditToolkit, CreditCenter and LoanIQ.
Risk management experience.
