JobDescription : We are seeking an experienced PersonalInjury Attorney with a strong background in litigation to join ourteam.

The ideal candidate will have indepth knowledge of theFederal Motor Carrier Safety Administration (FMCSA) rules andregulations.

You will be responsible for handling all aspects ofpersonal injury cases from initial consultation to trial with afocus on cases involving commercial vehicles slip and fallshomeowners claims etc.

KeyResponsibilities :

• Managea caseload of personal injury cases including those involvingcommercial vehicles.
• Conduct thoroughinvestigations legal research anddiscovery.
• Draft pleadings motions and otherlegal documents.
• Represent clients in courtincluding trials hearings anddepositions.
• Negotiate settlements on behalf ofclients.
• Collaborate with experts includingaccident reconstructionists and medicalprofessionals.
• Ensure compliance with FMCSArules and regulations in relevantcases.
• Maintain strong client relationshipsthrough regular communication and updates.
• Workremotely with a high degree of autonomy andprofessionalism.

Qualifications :

• Proficiencyin both English and Spanish is a plus.
• Must bea licensed attorney in good standing authorized to practice lawwithin the state of Texas.
• A minimum of 3 yearsof experience in personal injury law specifically representingplaintiffs.
• Indepth knowledge and comprehensionof statespecific laws regulations and legal practices related topersonal injury.
• Advanced research andanalytical capabilities including the adept interpretation andapplication of legal precedents statutes andregulations.
• Outstanding written and verbalcommunication abilities capable of efficiently drafting reviewingand editing legal documents contracts andcorrespondence.
• Demonstrated success in casemanagement and client advocacy with a consistent record of securingfavorable outcomes.
• Proficient in conductingcomprehensive legal research preparing detailed legal briefs andoffering cogent legal advice to clients.
• Strongteam player with the ability to seamlessly integrate andcollaborate with paralegals support staff and fellowattorneys.
• Excellent organizational andmeticulous attention to detail equipped to handle numerous casesand meet tight deadlines concurrently.
