Come be a part of our team, where your efforts will further enhance our story! Our Manufacturing Internship offers an exceptional opportunity to gain a thorough understanding of our industry and what it takes to lead teams / change in a fast paced and dynamic organization.
This internship centers on our team's main focus : To identify and develop people leaders within Manufacturing and Operations.
Through business-critical projects, you will gain a working understanding of our industry and develop your professional skill sets, all while directly contributing to company growth.
Expectations of the Manufacturing Internship : Our Interns work closely with our Operations leadership team, gain a thorough understanding of our departments and the career opportunities within each, all while working hands on contributing to and leading projects that directly impact company productivity.
The Internship Experience :
- 12-week summer internship from May 19th 2025 to August 9th 2025
- Professional development workshops and networking opportunities
- Social and philanthropic activities
- Work with a mentor to develop project plans, set goals, and receive continuous feedback
- Complete process improvement projects in assigned areas, including bottling productions, processing, distribution, and maintenance
- Develop and write standards for assigned processes
- End of summer project presentation
- Opportunity to earn a full-time position post-graduation
Qualifications / Requirements
- Currently pursuing a bachelor’s degree in engineering, agriculture, supply chain, operations, or related field
- Anticipated graduation date between December 2025 and June 2027
- 3.0 cumulative GPA
- Self-motivated, strong work ethic, innovative, solution-oriented mindset, with a passion for learning
- Team player with effective communication skills and a high level of emotional intelligence
- Strong analytical skills and technical aptitude
- Must be at least 21 years of age by the start of the internship
- Permanent authorization to work in the United States for any employer
