We are seeking a skilled General Manager to oversee our operations in the hospitality and food industry. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in hotel, food management, and culinary services.

Responsibilities
- Manage daily operations of the establishment
- Hire, and maintain, high level of competence in all employees through ongoing education and good employee relations
- Establish and maintain standards of excellence in food preparation and packaging by following Jersey Mike’s policies and procedures
- Develop and implement strategies to achieve business goals
- Review the weekly food cost number from your inventory and complete the food cost fitness test as needed
- Maintain a clean and welcoming environment for guests
- Handle customer inquiries and resolve issues promptly
Qualifications
- Proven experience in a General Manager or similar role within the hospitality or food industry
- Strong knowledge of budgeting, financial management, and cost control practices
- Excellent leadership and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment while maintaining attention to detail
