Your Role :
As a Life Enrichment Assistant, you'll be at the heart of our community, creating unforgettable experiences for our residents. Your role includes :
Activity Design : Develop and post engaging monthly activity calendars and daily schedules.
Resident Engagement : Inspire residents to participate in activities and use reminiscence techniques to create joyful moments.
Maintain Excellence : Keep activity areas and equipment in pristine condition.
Foster Connections : Promote positive interactions between residents, families, and community groups.
Organize Events : Plan and coordinate special events and recognitions, aligning with community goals.
Transportation : Handle transportation needs for appointments and outings, with local area knowledge a plus.
What We’re Looking For :
- Experience in Assisted Living or Senior Care (6 months preferred).
- Strong English communication skills.
- A valid driver’s license and must be 21 years or older.
- Ability to work flexible hours, including weekends and evenings.
- Commitment to confidentiality, integrity, and teamwork.
