We are currently seeking a Scrum Master - Irving, Texas to join our team in Irving, Texas (US-TX), United States (US).

This is a permanent, fulltime, salaried position with benefits. Not open to C2C or C2H.

This position requires three+ days per week in-office at the customer work location in Irving, Texas.

Job Duties and Responsibilities Include :

• Understand service level agreements (SLA) and how your systems are performing in relation to them
• Own planning, standups, demos, retrospectives, and the execution of your sprints
• Remove blockers and always find the path forward in challenging situations
• Ensure teams are building using modern practices and tools
• Recognize and act of your responsibility for driving change for the entire development community.
• Cultivate operational excellence within your teams
• Ensure your systems self-report breaches and understand root cause.
• Create an environment of individual accountability.
• Brainstorming and planning the project execution and delivery
• Scheduling and designation of project tasks to team members
• Execution of each phase of the project
• Managing the project's budget

Basic, Required Qualifications :

• Minimum five years of experience in managing the lifecycle for a complex cross functional body of work that has a long-term positive impact on the company
• Minimum five years of experience establishing collaborative and productive relationships with product management, governance, UX design, vendors, and other supporting teams
• Minimum five years of experience defining and organizing the program, outline tenets, analyze data, drive performance improvements and influence resource allocation for all stages of execution (from ideation to delivery)
• Minimum five years of experience fostering an environment of engineering excellence and innovation
• Minimum five years of experience working closely with development teams to build and launch new products, features, and programs

Other Desired Qualifications :

• Experience communicating with all stakeholders
• Sound foundational knowledge of infrastructure and architecture
• Strong knowledge on project management tools Scrum / Agile etc.
• Ability to communicate effectively in both technical and non-technical terms
