Position Overview : We are looking for a proactive and skilled General Handyman to join our team. In this role, you will deliver high-quality maintenance and repair services, ensuring that our clients receive the outstanding care they expect.

Key Responsibilities :

• Repairs : Carry out electrical, plumbing, and HVAC repairs in various settings.
• Maintenance : Ensure mechanical systems function efficiently and perform necessary repairs.
• Cleaning : Conduct general cleaning and maintenance of properties.
• Installation : Install and replace flooring, stairs, and piping as needed.
• Renovation : Repair and paint structural elements, including doors, windows, walls, and ceilings.
• Waste Management : Manage trash and recycling receptacles throughout the facilities.
• HVAC Services : Provide servicing and repairs for heating and cooling systems.
• Tools & Transport : Bring your own tools and transportation to job sites.
• Mathematical Skills : Use basic math skills to complete tasks.
• Communication : Maintain clear communication with clients and team members.
• Problem-Solving : Stay organized and effectively resolve challenges as they arise.
• Attention to Detail : Maintain high standards in all work performed.

Qualifications :

• High school diploma or GED preferred (relevant experience may be considered).
• Must be able to lift at least 50 lbs.
• Proficiency with hand and power tools is required.
• Reliable transportation is a must.
• Flexibility in availability is essential.
• Mechanical aptitude is a plus.
• A contractor or journeyman license is preferred.
