The Executive Assistant, Corporate Finance provides administrative, analytical and project support to the Senior Vice President and Chief Risk and Tax Officer, as well as other members of the Risk and Tax team.
The successful candidate has experience interacting with executive and external stakeholders and enjoys being part of and contributing to a high impact team.
The ideal candidate has experience performing duties with broad latitude for judgment, is proactive, organized and has excellent communication skills.
Key Responsibilities
- Proposes internal team meeting agendas and plans in-person group meetings; coordinates the preparation of content with Risk and Tax VPs and Directors.
- Prepares written summaries and meeting minutes capturing key technical concepts, discussion points and action items for executive review.
- Updates progress against strategic priorities, expected outcomes, future milestones and accomplishments achieved; tracks pending actions and proactively monitors for completion.
- Coordinates scheduling for internal executive level committees and ad hoc meetings.
- Performs administrative support including agenda management, expense reporting, travel arrangements and internal meeting support.
- Tracks external cost vs. budget and coordinates procure to pay activities as required.
- Performs non-technical research and summarizes findings as requested.
Preferred Qualifications and Pre-requisites
- Strong communications and analytical skills; data visualization experience a plus.
- Basic business finance knowledge and a curiosity to learn financial and economic concepts applicable to tax and risk areas.
- Demonstrated experience managing multiple tasks and initiatives, including showing follow up skills.
- Excellent stakeholder management and influencing skills.
- Contributes to a positive and engaging teaming environment.
Minimum Qualifications
- Bachelor’s Degree, preferably in business.
- Two to five years of professional experience building multi-tasking and problem solving skills in fast paced environments.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Word, Excel, PowerPoint , Teams and Outlook.
Position will be required to be in office up to 5 days a week with occasional travel, however a typical work week requires office site work location 3 days a week.
