Summary
THIS IS A TEMPORARY, PART-TIME POSITION FOR THE MORNING*
Fourth Street Day Care and Academy is looking for a dedicated, friendly, and professional person to open up the facility and work the receptionist desk Monday through Friday from 6 : 15 am until 1 : 00 pm.
Currently, this position is temporary, but could develop into a permanent position based on how well the duties are carried out.
Duties
- Keep attendance and registration records
- Receive and interact with parents, students, and visitors coming to the facility
- Perform health screening of children by taking temperature upon entrance
- Receive phone calls and answer basic information (tuition and fees, hours, address, etc.) for the facility
- Perform typing, photocopying, and other office tasks as needed
- Keep inventory of office supplies and notify Director of needed supplies
- Maintain upkeep of lobby's appearance
Requirements
- Able to pass criminal background check administered by Bright from the Start
- Dependable transportation and ability to be punctual
- Friendly and warm personality
Nice To Haves
- Receptionist / Administrative Assistant experience
- CPR / First Aid Certification
