A Healthcare Organization is looking for an Admissions Assistant to join them on a temp-to-hire basis. In this role, you will act as a friendly resource to clients and their families by assisting with collecting, organizing, and presenting information to ensure a smooth admission process.

Available Shifts :
Friday - Monday; 10am-8 : 30pm
Friday - Monday; 1pm - 11 : 30pm
Monday - Friday; 9am-5 : 30pm
Responsibilities :
- Guide visitors, clients, and their families through the admissions process.
- Answer phones, assist with inquiries, and inform callers of the program and services offered as needed.
- Engage with clients and families and act as a comforting and supportive resource throughout the admissions process.
- Process paperwork and other documentation in a timely manner to ensure all records are correct and up to date.
- Exemplify a high level of professionalism and customer service at all times.
Experience :
- Previous clerical / admissions experience in healthcare, specifically managing the insurance verification process is highly desired.
- Working knowledge of Microsoft Office applications.
- Strong verbal and interpersonal communication skills
- Bilingual preferred.
