Purpose Legal is currently seeking Licensed Document Review Attorneys with Securities litigation experience for upcoming temporary document review assignments.
Responsibilities
The successful candidate will efficiently and accurately review documents for responsiveness, relevance and / or privilege pursuant to civil litigation matters, internal investigations, data breach and more.
Qualifications
- Must be duly licensed and in good standing in at least 1 US jurisdiction.
- Must have a minimum of 2 years’ experience in electronic document review using an e-discovery platform.
- Must have experience, substantive or managed review based, with securities litigation and / or SEC / DOJ investigations.
Must possess strong computer skills, including proficiency with, Relativity / Rel1 or other document review platforms and Microsoft Office Suite.
- Highly organized with a strong attention to detail
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills required.
- Ability to work independently.
- Position will be remote.
Schedule
Monday Friday, 7 am to 7 pm, local time
Minimum of 40 hours per week / Maximum 50 hours per week pending state and local wage laws

Technology Requirements
Windows 10 / 11 or MacBook OS 10.14 or later with a secure WiFi or ethernet connection hardwire ethernet connection preferred.
iPads and tablets are not currently supported.
- Second monitor strongly recommended.
- Functional camera or webcam, microphone and speakers are required.
- Must have private, secure workspace. Work in a public space such as a library or coffee shop is strictly prohibited. Work must be done within the US.
- A smartphone may be required for multi-factor authentication.
- Users will be required to utilize the secure remote desktop and authenticator.
