Job Title : Billing Clerk (Hybrid)

Location : Seattle, WA

Pay Rate : $25 – $28 / hour DOE

Contract Length : 8 Months

Overview :

We are seeking a detail-oriented and reliable Billing Clerk to join our team on an 8-month contract . This role is based in Seattle, WA and offers a hybrid schedule . The Billing Clerk will be responsible for ensuring accurate and timely processing of invoices, maintaining billing records, and supporting the accounting team with administrative tasks.

Responsibilities :

Prepare, review, and process customer invoices accurately and on time

Maintain billing records and ensure supporting documentation is complete

Research and resolve billing discrepancies and issues

Post payments and reconcile accounts as needed

Assist with month-end closing and reporting activities

Communicate with customers regarding invoices, payments, and account inquiries

Support the accounting team with additional tasks and projects as required

Qualifications :

1+ year of experience in billing, accounts receivable, or related accounting support role

Strong attention to detail and accuracy in data entry and documentation

Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and accounting software (QuickBooks, NetSuite, or similar)

Excellent communication and problem-solving skills

Ability to manage multiple priorities and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment

Schedule & Compensation :

Hybrid : Combination of onsite and remote work (details to be provided)

Contract Length : 8 months

Compensation : $25 – $28 per hour, DOE
