Responsible of daily monitoring of all refrigeration and air conditioning across our operations
including : guest rooms, Back-of-House, and all outlets - Restaurants, Converence and Events
Centres, etc.
DUITES & RESPONSIBILITIES
- Carry out daily Temp log and to be documented for QA Inspection records
- Carryout planned maintenance servicing for the back of house
- Attend to Refrigeration and Air conditioning breakdowns for Back of House.
- Assist the Rooms maintenance team with any Refrigeration or AC major breakdowns
- Monitoring external servicing and report as required
What are we looking for?
Minimum 3 years experience in a similar position
Appropriate Trade Qualification - preferable Certificate III.
Able to work unsupervised and to oversee contractors.
