Qualifications :
Board-certified or board-eligible in Pain Medicine and Anesthesiology or Physical Medicine and Rehabilitation
Completed an ACGME-accredited Pain Medicine Fellowship.
Active and unrestricted medical license and DEA
BLS ACLS certified
Proficiency in interventional pain procedures, including epidural steroid injections, medial branch blocks, and radiofrequency ablation.
