Principal Duties and Responsibilities :

Key responsibility

To take responsibility for new customers going live as quickly and efficiently as possible with our XaitCPQ (Configure Price Quote) SaaS product.

Day to day tasks

• Project management and co-ordination of all resources.
• Creating and implementing a framework for how Xait projects should be set up and managed to maximize 'time to first value'.
• Monitoring and reporting on performance of Projects against Time and Budget. And evaluating potential financial penalties for failure to meet a minimum level of adherence.
• Prioritization of project work.
• Gatekeeper for customer / partner appointments with Xait resources.
• Communication of progress, risks and delays / over-runs to enable appropriate personnel to manage external (customer) expectations and internal (management) understanding.
• Project profitability, including billing / invoicing.
