We are seeking an experienced CVOR Clinical Manager to oversee the daily operations of the Cardiovascular Operating Room, ensuring the highest standards of patient care.
This role involves managing clinical nursing practices, human and fiscal resources, and interdisciplinary collaboration while ensuring compliance with regulatory standards.
The ideal candidate will be a proactive leader, committed to driving positive patient outcomes through effective strategy implementation and continuous improvement.
Key Responsibilities :
- Lead daily operations and ensure adherence to CVOR policies, procedures, and standards.
- Manage staff performance, scheduling, and development while fostering a collaborative environment.
- Develop and implement policies, and oversee budget preparation and management.
- Maintain compliance with regulatory and professional standards.
- Provide on-call coverage and ongoing consultation for patient flow and equipment needs.
Requirements :
- Bachelor's or graduate degree in Nursing; current RN licensure in Georgia.
- Minimum of 5 years of cardiovascular open-heart clinical experience and 3 years of leadership experience.
- ACLS certification and competency in both scrub and circulator roles.
