The Position :

As a Business Development Executive, you will be instrumental in building and nurturing relationships with key players in the real estate industry, including real estate agents, mortgage brokers, loan officers, financial advisors, attorneys, and accountants.

Working closely with our new sales agents, you will lead the execution of our go-to-market strategy, enhance productivity across our sales force, and drive lead generation to facilitate the successful quoting and binding of new insurance policies.

The Day-To-Day :

  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders in the real estate industry.
  • Collaborate with new sales agents to ensure effective execution of the go-to-market strategy.
  • Drive lead flow to producers, focusing on quality referral partners to strengthen Evertree relationships.
  • Conduct virtual pipeline reviews with agents, providing support and resources as needed.
  • Track and report on specific agent productivity metrics to enhance overall performance.

The Job Requirements & Qualifications :

  • Minimum of 2 years insurance experience or real estate experience.
  • Minimum of 2 years of experience in business development or externally facing sales.
  • Bachelor’s Degree preferred.
  • Exceptional interpersonal skills with an engaging and approachable communication style.
  • Proven track record in developing relationships and driving lead generation.
  • Self-starter mindset with a hands-on approach, able to work autonomously.
  • Results-driven with a continuous improvement mindset.
  • High integrity and effective, honest communication.
  • Collaborative team player with the ability to build relationships across the organization.
  • Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
  • Proactive in taking initiative, continuously seeking opportunities for personal and professional growth.
  • Weekly travel within territory to visit partners and prospects
  • Evening and weekends
