Scion Staffing is searching for an E-Commerce Manager on behalf of our client, a cutting-edge martial arts university! This is an exciting direct-hire, full-time, and onsite opportunity located in Torrance, CA ! RESPONSIBILITIES :
- Strategic Planning : Develop and execute comprehensive e-commerce strategies in line with overarching business objectives.
- Website Oversight : Manage the functionality, user experience, and content updates for all three websites. Collaborate with developers to resolve issues and enhance site performance.
- Sales and Marketing Initiatives : Boost online sales through various digital marketing channels like SEO, SEM, email campaigns, and social media.
Continuously refine tactics based on performance analysis.
- Product Supervision : Work closely with product development teams to maintain accurate online listings, descriptions, and inventory levels across platforms, ensuring a consistent and attractive presentation.
- Customer Service Management : Ensure excellent customer satisfaction by overseeing online customer service operations and implementing feedback mechanisms for improving the user experience.
- Data Analysis and Reporting : Regularly analyze e-commerce metrics to make informed decisions aimed at enhancing performance and profitability.
- Market Awareness : Stay updated on e-commerce trends, digital advancements, and competitor activities to sustain a competitive edge.
- Team Leadership : Lead and nurture a team dedicated to e-commerce operations, promoting a culture of continuous improvement and innovation.
- Wholesale Integration : Collaborate with web developers to optimize the e-commerce platform for wholesale customers, incorporating features like bulk ordering and personalized pricing, while maintaining user-friendly navigation.
QUALIFICATIONS :
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field is required.
- Demonstrated experience of at least 5 years in e-commerce, showcasing successful management of online retail operations.
- Thorough comprehension of digital marketing strategies and various e-commerce platforms.
- Strong analytical capabilities with a background in data analysis and reporting.
- Proficiency in SEO, SEM, and utilization of web analytics tools.
- Proven leadership skills and previous experience in team management.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
