Great! We’re looking for top talent to grow with our firm. Responsibilities What you'll be challenged to do : Our Florida offices are looking for summer interns to help with a variety of projects.

TranSystems interns will work within our civil and structural engineering, architecture, and planning services divisions.

These roles with offer the ability to actively interact with our teams as we work to develop plans, designs, and studies for our clients in various disciplines including states and municipalities, freight railroad, passenger rail and transit, airports and air carriers, and federal government projects.

General Duties : Assist office in various tasks related to Civil / Structural Engineering, Architecture, and Planning. This includes design, analysis, studies, and plan production.

Attend weekly project and / or team meetings and provide status updates. Will learn proficiency in computer-aided drafting and design software (MicroStation and Geopak).

Assist with CADD production. Assist with engineering calculations. Contribute to project deliverables, Other entry-level engineering, architecture, and planning activities.

Qualifications What you bring to our firm : Candidate anticipates graduating with a bachelor’s degree in December 2024 or will be a sophomore, junior, or senior in 2025.

Candidate is pursuing a bachelor’s degree in Civil / Structural Engineering, Architecture, or Planning. Actively engages multiple perspectives when solving problems, seeks to learn from peers, and encourages reciprocal learning among team members.

Must be eager to learn, be flexible and be a team player. Oral Communication - Speaks clearly and persuasively in positive or negative situations;

listens and gets clarification; responds well to questions. Ethics - Treats people with respect; works with integrity and ethically.

Attendance / Punctuality - Is consistently at work and on time; ensures work responsibilities are covered when absent; arrives at meetings and appointments on time.
