IT Solutions Architect - On Site
We are seeking a highly skilled Solutions Architect and Integrator to join our dynamic team. In this critical role, you will play a pivotal role in overseeing and optimizing our IT infrastructure across six offices.
Technical Expertise :
- Deep understanding of virtualization technologies like VMware and cloud solutions like SaaS .
- Proven experience in Microsoft Suite administration and Citrix upgrades .
- Expertise in cloud-based document management systems .
- Proficiency in Office 365 migrations, audits, and automation .
Collaboration and Communication :
- Excellent communication skills to effectively collaborate with both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
- Strong problem-solving skills to identify and resolve complex IT issues.
Security Focus :
Solid understanding of security best practices and the ability to implement administrative and technical controls .
Adaptability and Teamwork :
- Thrives in a fast-paced environment and demonstrates a willingness to learn new technologies.
- Strong team player with a collaborative spirit.
Responsibilities :
- Oversee and manage the complete IT infrastructure for six offices.
- Troubleshoot and resolve VMware-related issues.
- Provide exceptional technical support to end-users.
- Lead initiatives to optimize and improve the Azure environment.
- Work collaboratively with the IT team to achieve organizational goals.
