Employee Benefits Account Manager - Insurance - San Diego
We seek a skillful Employee Benefits Account Manager to join a passionate and respected insurance agency. This full-service insurance brokerage has a beautiful office in San Diego, CA.
The Employee Benefits Account Manager will work closely with the Account Executive regarding client needs and services.
Responsibilities. . .
Attend and coordinate annual renewal and open enrollment meetings
Provide client support by checking and distributing contracts with carriers
Coordinate Insurance Carrier Administrative meetings to ensure client success with current / new carriers
Maintaining and keeping up-to-date with knowledge of legislative updates and industry information, and updating clients on industry insurance
Assist clients with Online HRIS and Benefits Administration systems : ADP, BeneTrac, bSwift, Ease, Employee Navigator, etc.
What we need from you. . .
Experience - You have 5+ years of experience in the employee benefit plan industry
Software - You are proficient with Ease & EPIC
Licensed - You have an active Life & Health Insurance License
Groups - You have experience with small to mid-sized groups
