Job Details :
Summary : This position is responsible for leading and achieving Tyson Foods annual operating plan AOP including financial objectives trade spend and sales volume for the Frozen Packaged Breakfast category at Walmart Inc.
This individual is responsible for leading and building strong effective partnerships with key Walmart stakeholders within multiple departments including : Merchandising, Replenishment etc.
This position will also work directly with various internal cross-functional partners within Tyson Foods i.e. Business Unit Sales Strategy Supply Demand planning to deliver results.
Responsibilities include : joint growth planning across assigned categories promotional planning execution conducting regular business reviews internally and externally leading a team to execute replenishment strategies and engaging internal external retail teams for flawless execution.
Through their engagement with the Teams Finance Manager and the TPM Team Performance Manager the Sr. CDM must properly manage and resolve all trade related deductions and or payments.
The Sr. CDM must utilize KPIs coming from Retail Link Nielsen and other data sources to report as needed and effectively communicate with Walmart or Tyson leadership.
Requirements :
- Education : Bachelor's degree or equivalent
- Experience : 6 plus years of industry experience consumer-packaged goods or food manufacturer is preferred 3 plus years Direct Sales Experience Walmart and or Sam s experience preferred;
strong analytical skills required.
- Computer Skills : Requires above average computer skills for robust analysis graphic presentations and reporting. Walmart Retail Link experience strongly desired.
- Supervisory Responsibilities : No direct reports
- Travel : 6-10 Out of town trips annually with weekly trips to Wal-Mart
