Job Details
We are currently seeking a dynamic and experienced CSR (Customer Service Representative) Account Manager to join our team.
The CSR Account Manager will play a crucial role in underwriting and processing applications within the commercial and farm insurance sectors.
The ideal candidate will have a strong background in insurance, excellent customer service skills, and a proactive approach to managing client accounts.
Responsibilities :
- Serve as the primary point of contact for clients, addressing inquiries, concerns, and insurance-related needs in a timely and professional manner.
- Conduct thorough assessments of client insurance requirements and provide tailored insurance solutions to meet their needs.
- Collaborate with clients to complete insurance applications accurately and efficiently, ensuring all necessary information is collected and processed.
- Work with multiple insurance carriers to obtain quotes, negotiate terms, and secure appropriate coverage for clients.
- Assist in underwriting processes, including risk assessment, policy issuance, and renewal reviews.
- Maintain accurate records of client interactions, transactions, and policy details in our database.
- Stay updated on industry trends, regulations, and changes in insurance products to provide informed guidance to clients.
Qualifications :
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Finance, or a related field preferred.
- Current Property and Casualty License in the state of California.
- Minimum of 2-3 years of experience in insurance underwriting and customer service, preferably in the commercial and farm insurance sectors.
- Strong understanding of insurance policies, coverage options, and underwriting processes.
- Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, with the ability to convey complex information clearly and effectively.
- Exceptional interpersonal skills and the ability to build rapport with clients and insurance carriers.
- Proficiency in insurance software and Microsoft Office Suite.
