We want every customer to have access to financing for their dream ride. We have an immediate need for a Marine and RV Collections Specialist to join our growing team located in Irving, TX.

You will support the collections / servicing needs of the organization for RV and Marine assets. This role is ONSITE Monday to Friday 8am-5pm or 830am -530pm with rotating Saturdays.

Your day as a Collections Specialist

As a Marine and RV Collections Specialist at Ironhorse Funding LLC, your day-to-day responsibilities will focus on managing accounts receivable and effectively communicating with clients to ensure timely payments.

You will utilize our systems to track outstanding payments, send reminders, and negotiate payment arrangements while maintaining a professional demeanor.

Expect to collaborate closely with team members, sharing insights and strategies to enhance our collection processes. Adaptability is key, as you'll handle various customer scenarios and adjust your approach accordingly.

You will also document all interactions accurately to uphold our values of accountability and integrity. Regular meetings with your team will help foster communication and keep everyone aligned with our goals.

Requirements for this Collections Specialist job
