Job Overview - Full-time Physician (OB / GYN) :
Do you possess surgical expertise and experience supervising APPs? Our healthcare client is seeking a dedicated Full-time Physician (OB / GYN) to join their team.
This role focuses on delivering exceptional obstetric and gynecologic care, ensuring patients receive top-notch service and satisfaction.
Location : St. Petersburg, FL
Compensation : $270,000 - $370,000 / year
Schedule : 9 : 00 AM to 5 : 00 PM, Monday to Friday
Responsibilities as the Full-time Physician (OB / GYN) :
- Obstetrics : Provide comprehensive pregnancy care, including fertility and high-risk pregnancy management.
- Gynecology : Deliver female care services, including menopause care and urogynecology.
- Patient Care : Efficiently manage patient appointments, ensuring thorough and timely care with 15 minutes scheduled for OB checks and follow-ups, 30 minutes for new annuals, 15 minutes for established patient annuals, and 30 minutes for new patients and consults.
- Surgical Skills : Perform surgeries, including opportunities for robotics.
- APP Supervision : Supervise Advanced Practice Providers (APPs) and provide mentorship to junior staff. Qualifications for the Full-time Physician (OB / GYN) :
- Education : Residency trained and board certified / eligible by ACOG.
- Experience : Board certified in specialty, with training completed within the last 5 years.
- Technical Proficiency : Experience with the eClinical Works EMR system.
- Skills : Surgical skills and experience supervising APPs.
