As a member of one of the world’s largest Workday-certified teams, you’ll be part of a team of advisory professionals who deliver more than just technology.

From rapid deployments to entire transformations, you’ll deliver integrated, payroll, cloud-based HR and financial management solutions that put organizations on the fast track to a better way to work.

As a Workday Data Consultant / Team Lead , your primary responsibilities may include :

Lead a team of one other Data Conversion consultants on one or more project teams

Serve as the primary knowledge source for converting data from legacy systems and spreadsheets into the Workday Cloud HCM & Financials system

Converting Data into Workday using Workday provided loading tools

Create ETL scripts to transform and load data in preparation to load to Workday

Lead in the validation of data loaded into Workday

Responsible for assisting clients in mapping legacy data, identifying data quality issues and overall responsibility over conversion activates on the project

Responsible for key communication to project and client leadership

Closely follow the strategic direction set by leadership when establishing Workday project goals

Collaborate with client counterpart to successfully deliver on shared objectives

Responsible for timely identification and escalation of risks and development of alternative technical and functional approaches when necessary

Lead the identification of process improvements and changes to our methodology based on project experience

Travel may be required for this role. The amount of travel will vary from 0 to 100% depending on business need and client requirements.

Here’s what you need :

  • Workday Partner Certification
  • Minimum of 2 years of consulting experience, most recently in a Senior Analyst, Consultant, or similar level role, preferably with a large consulting firm
  • Minimum of 2 year hands-on Workday Data experience
  • Minimum of 2 year of US and / or Global Data Operations + ETL, XML, & MYSQL / SQL experience
  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent (minimum 12 years) work experience. (If Associates Degree, must have minimum 6 years of work experience)

Bonus points if :

  • 4 Full Life-Cycle Workday Data implementations
  • Keen understanding and demonstration of the Software Development Lifecycle (SDLC)
  • Demonstrated experience in Reporting / Analytics
  • Demonstrated consulting-based leadership experience on specialized projects with overall knowledge of information systems
  • Demonstrated experience with Excel, Visio, MS Project (or equivalent) and PowerPoint

Compensation at Accenture varies depending on a wide array of factors, which may include but are not limited to the specific office location, role, skill set, and level of experience.

As required by local law, Accenture provides a reasonable range of compensation for roles that may be hired in California, Colorado, District of Columbia, Maryland, New York or Washington as set forth below.
