We're looking for a Business Systems Analyst to work one-on-one with clients across the Americas and simplify their business processes with Odoo.

This is an implementation project management role for someone excited to work at the intersection of software and business.

Clients that purchase will interface directly with you, and you'll bill time against the packs as you provide expert consultation.

You'll be trained to become a subject matter expert across Odoo's many diverse apps (there are over 50!). If you have a proactive, "get it done" adventurous spirit, this job is for you.

Responsibilities

• Work with Latin American clients to train their end users on the Odoo platform
• Implement Odoo cloud solutions into a clients business workflow
• Migrate a clients database to the Odoo cloud
• Lead remote technical trainings for customers and partners
• Be part of the entire implementation process

Must Have

• Bachelors degree in Business Analytics, Business Administration, Engineering Management, Industrial Engineering, or a related field
• At least 1-year of experience as a Business Systems Analyst
• Passion for software products
• Demonstrated ability to learn
• Critical thinking skills in a social setting
• Excellent communication skills
• Spanish fluency (native or professional)

Nice to Have

• Experience in a SaaS company
• Available immediately
• 1-2 years experience in post-sale implementations

The estimated annual compensation range for this role is$70,000-$100,000. Please note that actual salaries may vary within, above, or below this range based on factors such as education, training, experience, professional achievement, business needs, and location.
