Position Overview : The Sales Representative will be instrumental in driving sales growth and enhancing customer satisfaction within a fast-paced, business-to-business (B2B) environment.

Key Responsibilities :

- Lead Generation : Identify and pursue new sales leads through cold-calling and other outreach methods, converting prospects into loyal customers.
- CRM Management : Update and maintain accurate CRM records, documenting customer interactions, needs, and follow-up activities to ensure seamless communication and service delivery.
- Collaboration : Work closely with the Sales Manager and other team members to achieve collective goals and support the overall sales strategy.
- Support Services : Assist with invoicing, customer retention efforts, and ensuring accuracy and efficiency in all transactions.
- Claims Management : Ensure customers submit claims promptly, providing all necessary information to facilitate smooth processing by the claims team.
- Data Analysis : Utilize intermediate Excel skills for data analysis, helping to identify trends and opportunities for growth.
Key Requirements :
- Experience : Minimum of 3 years in a sales or customer service role, with at least 1 year in business development.
- Communication Skills : Exceptional verbal and written communication skills across all channels.
- Work Ethic : A positive, hardworking, and coachable attitude with a passion for delivering excellent customer service.
- Technical Proficiency : Strong proficiency in Microsoft Office, Google Workspace (G-Suite), and CRM systems (e.g., HubSpot).
