Position Overview : The Sales Representative will be instrumental in driving sales growth and enhancing customer satisfaction within a fast-paced, business-to-business (B2B) environment.

You will work closely with customers, identify new leads, cold-call potential clients, and nurture existing accounts. Your ability to tailor solutions, communicate effectively, and collaborate with a small, dedicated team will be key to your success.

This role is pivotal in fostering strong relationships, identifying growth opportunities, and ensuring customer success.

Key Responsibilities :

  • Drive Sales Growth : Aggressively pursue and achieve sales targets through exceptional relationship-building and problem-solving skills, ensuring customer satisfaction and long-term success.
  • Account Management : Maintain and expand existing customer accounts by thoroughly understanding their unique needs, recommending relevant products and solutions, and cultivating long-term relationships.
  • Customer Interaction : Serve as a key point of contact for both new and existing customers, providing clear, prompt, and consistent communication across all channels.
  • Lead Generation : Identify and pursue new sales leads through cold-calling and other outreach methods, converting prospects into loyal customers.
  • CRM Management : Update and maintain accurate CRM records, documenting customer interactions, needs, and follow-up activities to ensure seamless communication and service delivery.
  • Collaboration : Work closely with the Sales Manager and other team members to achieve collective goals and support the overall sales strategy.
  • Support Services : Assist with invoicing, customer retention efforts, and ensuring accuracy and efficiency in all transactions.
  • Claims Management : Ensure customers submit claims promptly, providing all necessary information to facilitate smooth processing by the claims team.
  • Data Analysis : Utilize intermediate Excel skills for data analysis, helping to identify trends and opportunities for growth.

Key Requirements :

  • Experience : Minimum of 3 years in a sales or customer service role, with at least 1 year in business development.
  • Communication Skills : Exceptional verbal and written communication skills across all channels.
  • Work Ethic : A positive, hardworking, and coachable attitude with a passion for delivering excellent customer service.
  • Technical Proficiency : Strong proficiency in Microsoft Office, Google Workspace (G-Suite), and CRM systems (e.g., HubSpot).
  • Results-Driven : Proven track record of achieving sales targets in a fast-paced environment.
  • Organizational Skills : Strong ability to multitask and manage time effectively.
  • Customer Service : Commitment to understanding and meeting customer needs through exceptional service.
