The Role

The corporate events coordinator is a key contributor role within Veeva’s North America marketing team. The role is primarily responsible for supporting the logistics execution of large-scale internal and customer events within North America.

The successful candidate must be highly organized and possess strong project management skills. Must be a team player working collaboratively across sales, marketing, and cross-functional teams.

What You'll Do

  • Working with cross-functional teams, you will provide planning and logistical support for Veeva’s major customer conferences, our internal field kickoff event, and other special program support.
  • Support planning and execution of key components of large-scale (2,000+ attendees) world-class conferences in a convention center venue.
  • Assist with managing and updating internal planning documents.
  • Provides heavy administrative support across the events team.
  • Supports internal communications for events.
  • Supports special projects across the events team.
  • Supports sponsor process for Veeva customer events.

Requirements

  • 2+ years of administrative experience supporting multiple stakeholders
  • Experience supporting corporate events, executive meetings, or tradeshows
  • Demonstrated strong project management experience
  • Self-driven, ability to drive projects with some supervision
  • Proven ability to excel in a dynamic environment
  • Strong written and oral communication skills.
  • Experience working cross-functionally.
  • Good critical thinking skills.
  • Adaptable and flexible.
  • Strong desire to learn and grow.
  • Ability to travel 15-20%.
  • Based on the East Coast in the US.

Compensation

  • Base pay : $35,000 - $60,000
  • The salary range listed here has been provided to comply with local regulations and represents a potential base salary range for this role.

Please note that actual salaries may vary within the range above or below, depending on experience and location. We look at compensation for each individual and base our offer on your unique qualifications, experience, and expected contributions.

This position may also be eligible for other types of compensation in addition to base salary, such as variable bonus and / or stock bonus.
