Associate, Warehouse Field Distribution
About the job
We are seeking a motivated individual to join our team as an Associate in Warehouse Field Distribution at our Bolingbrook, IL location.
This position is ideal for someone who thrives in a dynamic, physically demanding environment. You will be responsible for a variety of tasks that keep our warehouse running smoothly, from loading and unloading trailers to processing equipment with handheld scanners.
You will be working with a team, and there will be opportunities for both independent work and collaboration. The role requires a hands-on approach, and training will be provided to ensure you are well-prepared to succeed.

What you'll be doing :
- Unloading and loading trailers of equipment
- Using handheld scanners and computers to process equipment
- Working both independently and as part of a team
- Performing various warehousing tasks, including shipping, receiving, stocking, and order pulling
- Adhering to OSHA regulations and company safety standards
- Assisting with maintaining a clean and organized warehouse environment
- Handling and moving heavy objects, with team lifting for anything over 50 lbs
- Learning to operate material handling equipment (training provided)
Requirements :
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Minimum of two years of warehouse experience, or one year with our company
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs, with team lifting required for heavier items
- Comfortable working in a non-climate-controlled environment and performing physical tasks such as bending, twisting, pushing, and pulling
- Strong ability to follow instructions, manage time effectively, and complete tasks on schedule
- Good communication skills and a team-oriented mindset
- Flexibility to work overtime as needed
