We are looking for a full-time Human Resources Director to add to our team! All you need is a bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Management, Business or related field required.
Minimum of 5 years progressive human resource management experience, including Compensation Management, Performance Management, Strategic Recruitment, Employee Relations, Reporting, Onboarding and HR Compliance.
Strong organizational abilities including planning, delegating, program development and task facilitation. Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines.
A Day in The Life as a Human Resources Director
As the Human Resources Director, you will direct a team of HR Generalists (HR Managers and HR Specialists) to support the HR initiatives for the agency in all aspects of the employee life cycle.
This role will lead the HR team in the day-to-day HR operations for the agency.
What We Are Looking For
We are looking for someone who is compassionate, eager to learn and succeed. You will be responsible for the day-to-day HR Operations and actively involved in developing policies and procedures, serving as an advisor to leadership in personnel-related issues, formulating and managing programs relative to selection, training, promotion, and other employer / employee relationships.
We're looking for someone who has great communication skills , is not afraid to speak up, has a very strong generalist background and is used to being challenged along the way.
