A day in the life :
Develop and execute strategic marketing communications plans designed to improve and engagement and conversion in our downstream portfolio.
Partner across functions and roles to create alignment in the organization and on plan execution.
Partner daily with a strong and enthusiastic marketing team to advance business objectives and ensure our promotions are aligned and harmonious with marketing initiatives.
Use your channel knowledge and experience to evolve and expand our paid media strategy; using the platforms to advance our business goals while accelerating the adoption journey intelligently and strategically.
Leverage your analytic skills to measure and assess the efficiency and effectiveness of integrated marketing efforts; and use those insights to optimize campaigns by adjusting the marketing mix, the message, and the channel approach.
Exercise your interpersonal skills to build business relationships with a distributed workforce, engaging and working with team members across the globe.
SKILLS
Must Have
- Bachelors Degree in Business, Marketing, Marketing Communications or Business Communications
- Copywriting and content development skills and experience
- Deep experience in downstream marketing / marketing communications
- Demonstrated ability to develop and maintain cooperative relationships and work collaboratively across all functional and geographic areas
- Demonstrated strengths in message development and creative execution
- Demonstrated success in building and managing digital ecosystems, including engagement with paid, owned, and earned digital channels
- Excellent interpersonal, oral and written communications skills
- Experience developing and implementing thoughtful, integrated communications plans
- Minimum of 7 years of experience in marketing communications (5 years of experience with a masters degree)
- Proven ability to develop and implement integrated marketing plans and a passion for tracking relevant metrics to gauge progress toward objectives.
Nice To Have
- 3+ years within an agency marketing communications setting
- Experience in the medical device industry
- Knowledge of the coronary market and key audiences : interventional cardiologists
- Knowledge of the hypertension market and key audiences : interventional cardiologists and general cardiologists
- Negotiation, influence and change management experience
