This is an exceptional opportunity for an experienced Credit and Collections Manager to join a stable growing manufacturing and services company in Central San Antonio.

The successful candidate will be responsible for managing the credit and collections processes to ensure timely payment of invoices and minimize bad debt losses.

Responsibilities of the Credit & Collections Manager
- Create a process for collections in the way you best see fit!
- Receive and post payment to customer's account
- Keep records and status of customer's account
- Set payment collection goals and targets for the department.
- Create and implement a strategy to improve the collection of outstanding credit.
- Monitor and report on accounts receivable aging and bad debt reserves, help get DSO down from 60-70 days to 45-50 days
Preferred Qualifications Of The Credit & Collections Manager
- Proven experience in Credit & Collections
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Upbeat personality, drive, and motivation (self motivated)
- Sage 100 is a plus
- Excel skills, pivot tables, vlookups, etc.
