Someone who spends most if not all of their time litigating and advising on wage and hour issues (federal and state), medical leave and disability issues (federal and state), discrimination and harassment issues.
I’m talking about all the acronyms : Title VII, ADA, ADEA, FLSA, FMLA, PWFA, NLRA. Everyone does non-competes and non-solicits.
But we’re looking for specialized knowledge of employment related topics. Someone who can counsel on hiring, firing, and disciplinary actions.
Who can handle workers’ compensation and unemployment topics.
Compensation : 175k + 10k quarterly bonus’
1900 billables

12% towards 401k no employee contribution required
