Our offices are conveniently located in the beautiful Ocotillo area of Chandler. We are minutes away from the 202 / San Tan and the Loop 101.

Job Description :

National Mobile Home Insurance, in Chandler, AZ, is seeking a motivated and experienced CSR - Inside Producer to join one of the top-performing teams in the country.

In this role, you will be responsible for managing our current clients, assisting with their insurance needs, handling policy rewrites and renewals, and identifying cross-selling opportunities.

Please note that there is no cold calling involved in this position.

Key Responsibilities :

• Provide exceptional customer service to existing clients by addressing their insurance needs within our current book of business.
• Assist clients with policy rewrites and renewals.
• Process policy changes, additions, proof of insurance, billing, etc. through our agency management system.
• Identify and pursue cross-selling opportunities to maximize client coverage.
• Maintain a client-first approach, ensuring their best interests are always prioritized.

Qualifications :

• Must hold a valid insurance license to sell personal lines insurance.
• High school diploma (GED) plus 2 to 3 years’ experience.
• Self-driven and motivated to succeed in a results-oriented environment.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Commitment to providing high-quality service and building lasting client relationships.

Compensation :

• Annual Salary : $50,000 plus incentive bonuses.
• Full-time position, expected to work 40 hours per week.
